What are the possible side effects of Cedok?
Stop taking Cedok and seek emergency medical attention if you experience a rare allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of the throat; swelling of the lips, tongue, or face; or hives).
Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to take Cedok and notify your doctor if you experience
- nausea or vomiting;
- decreased appetite;
- constipation;
- dry mouth or increased thirst; or
- increased urination.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Constipation.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur while taking Cedok (the active ingredient contained in Cedok)
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); confusion; increased urination; loss of appetite; mental or mood changes; nausea; severe or persistent constipation or stomach pain; weakness; vomiting.
What is the most important information I should know about Cedok?
- Do not take large doses of vitamins while you use Cedok unless your doctor tells you to.
- Some of these products may contain soy. If you are allergic to soy, ask your pharmacist if your product has soy in it.
- Tell your doctor or dentist that you take Cedok before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery.
- Lab tests, including serum calcium levels, may be performed while you use Cedok. These tests may be used to monitor your condition or check for side effects. Be sure to keep all doctor and lab appointments.
- Cedok should be used with extreme caution in CHILDREN; safety and effectiveness in children have not been confirmed.
- PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Cedok while you are pregnant. It is not known if Cedok is found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you use Cedok, check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby.
